TradeitKN Terms of Use Agreement
1. Parties
This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the natural or legal person (“User”) who uses the TradeitKN platform (“Platform”) and [Company Name] (“Company”). By starting to use the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
2. Description of the Service
TradeitKN is an artificial intelligence–based trading algorithm that integrates with cryptocurrency exchanges only through API connections and operates solely with trading permission. We have no authority to perform withdrawals, transfers, or any type of fund outflow from a wallet. The Platform places buy and sell orders based on the strategies and risk preferences determined by the user.
3. User Obligations
The User agrees to the following obligations:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date API keys.
- Not using the Platform for illegal activities.
- Being solely responsible for all local and international tax and reporting obligations.
4. Risk Disclosure
Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and involve investment risks. Trade orders generated by the Platform do not constitute investment advice. The User executes all transactions at their own responsibility. The Company cannot be held liable for any financial losses that may occur.
5. Data Security
All API connections are protected with end-to-end encryption. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and cold wallet–supported security measures are implemented. User data is stored in compliance with KVKK and relevant international data protection laws.
6. Termination of the Agreement
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service if Users act in violation of this Agreement. The User may close their account at any time.
7. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to make changes to the provisions of this Agreement. Any amendments become effective as of the date they are published on the Platform.
